I love making props - the excitement of figuring out the challenges, the look in the actor’s eye when the prop is exactly what they needed to make their character, the feeling they bring to creating the world of the play, the art of mastering so many skills to make objects come to life. 

My genre of art encompasses a large range of textures, themes, design, and construction, which allow my horizons and abilities to always be pushed and challenged.  Throughout my education and professional work I have been able to oversee and create several different props and projects in woodworking, metalworking, puppets, and upholstery.  I enjoy seeing how each of these elements comes together to create an overall feel.  I know that my talents work to build and enhance props in a way that is unique and professional.
